I was diagnosed three years ago, but I’ve been living with it all my life. Before I even had a name for it, I was unknowingly coaching myself. I was finding ways to manage, adapt, and thrive in a world that often felt overwhelming.
I know first-hand how challenging ADHD can be, and how lonely it can feel when you’re trying to figure it all out on your own. That’s why I became a certified ADHD coach through ADHD Works.Â
Today, I help others navigate their unique ADHD journey with the support and understanding I once wished I had.
My mission is simple: to help you build the tools, habits, and mindset that let you move through life with more ease, clarity, and confidence.
ADHD coaching is a supportive, structured process designed to help people with ADHD or ADHD-like traits build practical skills, improve daily life, and feel more empowered.Â
We focus on things like
• Managing time and tasks
• Building routines
• Strengthening executive function
• Creating systems that fit your brain
It’s not therapy or clinical treatment. It’s about forward movement, accountability, and real-life strategies that actually work.Â
I use the ADHD Works Executive Functioning Coaching Methodâ„¢, which is tailored specifically to how ADHD brains operate. It helps you create sustainable change in your life.
If you:
Have ADHD or ADHD-like challenges (diagnosed or not)
Struggle with focus, organization, time management, or motivation
Want to feel more in control and less overwhelmed
Then coaching can help.
I work with:
Adults and teens
Parents of children with ADHD
Partners and family members who want to better support their loved ones
Therapy often explores emotions, trauma, and deeper psychological patterns.
Coaching is more action-focused. We'll work on:
Setting goals
Creating step-by-step plans
Building strategies for everyday challenges
Staying accountable and celebrating wins
We look forward, not back.
Each session is personalized to you. Typically, we'll:
Talk through current challenges
Set clear, achievable goals
Explore strategies and tools
Create an action plan to move forward
It's practical, encouraging, and always judgment-free.
Every brain is different. Some people make big shifts in a few months, others prefer longer support.
I recommend starting with at least six one-on-one coaching sessions, all done remotely for maximum flexibility.
I offer virtual coaching only, so whether you're in Stavanger or anywhere else in the world, we can connect online.
Sessions are 60 minutes long, and we can meet weekly or biweekly, depending on your pace, needs, and goals.
Just bring yourself. If there are specific goals or struggles you'd like to talk about, great, but no preparation is needed. Come as you are.
Yes. I support parents who want to better understand and guide their ADHD children. Together, we'll find ways to reduce stress and build connection at home.
Both. I coach adults and teens, helping each person discover their strengths and build systems that truly work for them.

No, you don't need a diagnosis to work with me. If you're experiencing ADHD-related struggles, coaching can still be incredibly effective.
Coaching and medication work beautifully together, but one doesn't replace the other. Coaching focuses on behavior, habits, and practical skills, complementing medical treatments.
